I am a Life and Wellbeing Coach with a speciality in Leadership and Management, supporting people who give a lot and often put themselves last. 

People come to me when they're struggling with anxiety, people-pleasing, boundaries, confidence or feeling overwhelmed- as well as when they're navigating leadership roles, responsibility or change at work. 

This is a calm, supportive space to slow down, talk things through honestly and build clarity and confidence at a pace that feels right for you. 

Alongside one-to-one coaching, I also offer corporate coaching for organisations, leaders, teams and community services that are navigating pressure, burnout and change or are wanting to reconnect again as a team.

Leadership

Leadership can feel rewarding and heavy at the same time.

I support people in leadership roles to reconnect with their values, confidence and sense of self. Especially during times of pressure, change or uncertainty. This work is about leading with clarity, courage and emotional intelligence without feeling like you have to hold everything together on your own. 

If you want to lead in a way that feels more authentic and sustainable, this is a space to explore that. 

Managment

Managing people, systems and expectations can be demanding, particularly when you care deeply about doing things well. 

I offer coaching around boundaries, confidence, communication and decision-making- helping you navigate workplace challenges in a way that protects your wellbeing. Together, we focus on managing others effectively while also managing your own energy, needs and limits. 

This is support for professional growth that doesn't come at the cost of burnout.

Wellbeing coaching offers space to slow down and focus on you. 

People often come to me when they're struggling with anxiety, people-pleasing, boundary-setting, self-care or feeling overwhelmed by everyday life. This is a compassionate, supportive space to explore balance, build resilience, and gently reconnect with yourself 

We work at your pace, with the aim of protecting your energy and creating a life that feels healthier, calmer and more fulfilling.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you're carrying responsibility, uncertainty or self-doubt. 

Coaching offers a supportive space to slow down, make sense of what's happening for you, and explore what you need next, without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out.

My coaching is grounded in a strong foundation of clinical psychology, mental health nursing, counselling and leadership. 

This means our work goes beyond surface-level goal-setting. We explore what is really happening for you, with depth, understanding and compassion-so you feel genuinely supported, not rushed or fixed. 

Purposeful and Goal-Orientated

Together, we will turn insights into action in a way that feels realistic and achievable. 

We will explore what truly matters to you, break things down into clear, manageable steps and move forward with intention while staying kind to yourself along the way. Progress here is about clarity and confidence, not pressure.
