'I recently engaged in Life Coaching with Harriet Smith for two sessions.  In my first session Harriet was so compassionate and made me feel extremely comfortable to explore my chosen topic of Boundaries.  Harriet was incredibly patient and kind and listened to me intently.  She then asked insightful questions to help me explore this topic more and how I would go about changing some of my not-so-helpful patterns.  

We practiced verbalising some boundary setting examples and also created a clear but not stifling action plan for a specific occasion the week following.

At my follow-up session, Harriet again listened to my reflections on my time and progress since my first session and praised the progress I had made so far.  She asked how practicing these skills made me feel and we explored techniques on how to keep these goals in mind throughout my daily life.

Even after just two sessions I feel a huge benefit from the coaching I have received with Harriet.  I now go through my day with more intention to keep hold of these boundaries in order to protect and better my own mental health.

From the very first meeting, Harriet created such a warm, safe, and genuinely non-judgmental space. She has a wonderfully kind and empathetic manner that immediately put me at ease. By practicing wellbeing and imbedding it into my routine I have felt benefits of better sleep, confidence in dealing with life’s stresses and my own personal health condition of FND (functional neurological disorder) has improved. These sessions with Harriet have been truly life changing and I can’t thank her enough. I feel more confident in finding a healthier balance in my life and the importance of having time for yourself which is fulfilled with enjoyment. Thank you again Harriet.'

'The reflective coaching sessions I have undergone with Harriet were nothing short of amazing. Harriet is an excellent session leader and for having less experience in this style of coaching; she exemplifies outstanding practice and I have found her strategies and her demeanour absolutely superb. I was encouraged to systematically deconstruct the events or feelings that caused insecurities or low mood within me and analyse the core of the issues at hand. I felt Harriet created a welcoming and safe environment in which I was able to thrive and open up and as someone who struggles with interaction on this scale, it made me feel secure and content.
